How do I place an order?

Do you show your products used in projects/renovations?
We sure do! A lot of our engagement and posts happen on instagram.
Do you sell the caravans you renovate?
We have found that we love the renovation process and dont have the space to store all of our projects, so we do sell them after we have taken them on a few holidays. We usually list them on our instagram first.
Can you renovate my caravan?
At this point in time, we are not offering client work. Caravan renovations is creative outlet for us, which we are enjoying. We have no intention of growing that into anything more.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do, international shipping rates are flat rate $25.00AUD.
Do you do local pick up?
Yes. We are based in Ocean Grove Victoria. If you're located nearby, you are very welcome to pick up for free. Orders will be ready usually within 24 hours or same-day pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund Policy?
We will accept returns only if your product is not as described or faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind etc.
Return postage costs must be paid by the buyer and a refund will be issued once items have been returned and are confirmed to be in their original condition.
Do you offer exchanges should I change my mind?
If you decide the product you have purchased is not quite right for you, we will allow you to exchange it for a different product from our store of equal value. We will not offer a refund however for change of mind.
Return postage, and any new postage costs must be covered by the buyer in this instance.
